Who We Are Looking For

As a designer on our growing product team you will be key in guiding our ongoing initiatives. We have many products in our portfolio, and you will work alongside product and engineering teams to drive stories, groom the backlog, as well as highlight goals and opportunities for the future.

You consider yourself a full stack designer. Not only can you create clean and intuitive UI, but also validate the effectiveness of that work against the goal metrics of the product. You can see patterns and stories in the incoming data, and know how to apply design to change or effect those patterns. Your comfortable speaking with users and running interviews to gain deeper customer knowledge. You can also bridge the gap between design and development, and know how to collaborate with our friends in engineering to bring design and product vision to life.

In addition, you will help ensure that the design and usability of your work adjusts gracefully between desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.

Your Skills & Experience

3+ years of design experience.

Usability and UI design experience using responsive design principles

Advanced to expert level prototyping skills with Sketch, InVision, Principle.

Strong visual design sense, comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator.

Comfortable with collaborating in multi-functional team environment (marketing managers, product managers, engineers, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have any one of the following:

Copywriting experience - You can fill in your UI with easy to understand language.

Systems thinking - You consider the technology driving the design, and can simplify complexity.

Animation chops - you can bring your UI to life with animated visualizations.
