• Experience with software development, testing, and validation
• Experience with version control and documentation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong technical writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering or technical writing
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

What you’ll be working on
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Writer with a strong software engineering background to join the team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for our product, Netflix Conductor. The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering and be able to try, test, and validate the parts they are writing the documentation for.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the documentation is up-to-date with the latest product changes and
• Work closely with the engineering team to understand the product and its features
• Test and validate the documentation by using the product
• Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for Netflix Conductor

releases

• Collaborate with the product management team to ensure that the documentation aligns
• Manage the documentation release process, including publishing and version control

with the product roadmap and customer needs

• Continuously improve the documentation quality and user experience
