We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialistto help us support our customers. We take a very considered approach to hiring. We’re a small team and we don’t hire very often.


About the role

We are seeking to add a technical support specialistto our customer experience team.This position is in-office in Saskatoon.


  • Document valuable customer feedback and ideas to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products
  • Serve as an internal product expert, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our hardware, mobile and web apps
  • Provide exceptional customer support to our dealers and farms through various communication channels such as phone, voicemail, email, and text
  • Provide Tier 1 phone and email support
  • Handle warranty returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for dealers and farms
  • Reproduce, verify, and thoroughly document reported issues to be handed over to the development team
  • Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation including videos, knowledge base articles, getting started guides, and manuals
  • Enter and maintain contact information and other relevant data into the CRM system
  • Assist sales in answering product-related questions, provide accurate quotations to dealers and farms and enter purchase orders
  • Contribute to product verification and testing


Other responsibilities could include:

  • Product assembly and testing, preparing shipments
  • Participate in trade shows, clinics, and demos, both in person and/or through webinars
  • Various customer experience tasks


Requirements

Experience or familiarity with the agriculture industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in providing outstanding customer support, ideally in a technical environment.

Detail-oriented mindset.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to occasionally travel to attend trade shows, dealer clinics, and demos.

Work from our office in Saskatoon.
