Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and/or Linux RHEL servers.

Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Active Director systems.

Extensive knowledge of client / server operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows), back-end infrastructure services and networking, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), certificates, and their impact on Active Directory.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM

Desired Experience

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role Base Access Control (RBAC).

Knowledge of system hardening best practices (e.g. CIS Baselines for Microsoft)

Knowledge of Cryptography concepts such as PKI, HSM and Key Management

Knowledge of Anti-virus systems (Bitdefender, Sophos, etc)

Knowledge of backup systems (Veeam, Veritas, etc)

Knowledge of secure remote access solutions.

Experience with VMWare ESX server virtualization

Experience working with infrastructure management platforms (e.g. Solarwinds, Nagios, Splunk etc.)

Experience with automation technology (e.g. Python, Ansible, Powershell, etc)

Experience implementing adjacent infrastructure technologies (networks, storage, databases, etc)

Deliverables

Developing technical specifications (e.g. cable schedules, topologies, service diagrams, device configurations)

Creating implementation guides and MOPs
