Technical Product Specialist Jobs

We are searching for a technical product specialist to help us develop and manage interoperability with a broad range of 3rd party products to create complete and effective collaboration solutions for our customers. You bring experience with technology products, strong business acumen and communication skills, and an ability to quickly understand how things work (both from a technical and business perspective).

The products team works closely with product development, UX (user experience), marketing, sales and our executive team to lead products through the commercialization process, from conception to launch and through to the next generation. As part of the products team, you bridge the technical and business worlds.

You will

• Solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively
• Establish and maintain technical relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Engage with customers, learning their needs and develop deep subject matter expertise
• Own and refine the process for managing and prioritizing interoperability requests, testing and communication of testing results
• Work with development, sales, product and marketing teams
• Identify new 3rd party products for interoperability testing based on your understanding of customer needs
• Stay informed on industry and competitor trends that impact our product offerings

You have

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, networking, or computer science
• Strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with managing a backlog in Jira
• Experience with technology products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and a preference to work in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment
• Strong ability to articulate and present ideas and plans to both internal and external groups
