Support the Procurement team for order management, especially during product transitions

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3-5 years experiences or equivalent experiences or certification in quality assurance, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering

● Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans

● Participate in triage activities to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to resolve the situation

Analytical mindset with experience in defining, visualizing, and reporting on business metrics to management.

University degree or equivalent experience (nice to have degree or certification in adult training and development).

Product and/or project management preferred.

3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles in a B2B environment.

Strong client experience with proven ability to understand client needs.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Work with the packaging R&D teams on designing qualification protocols and testing requirements for existing and new technologies and material structures.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Helping to define process conditions of existing technologies and materials, both commercialized and in-development

Align with the broader R&D teams on desired handover documentation and key information to ensure a seamless and successful handover process.

Utilizes modeling and simulation to deploy validated packaging formats across the network with minimal disruption to operations

Requires high level of organizational and territory management skills

Manage own planning of all on-site and remote activities in collaboration with supervisor and team members.

High university degree in technical or electronics or equal knowledge via experience (5 years minimum).

Field engineer: 5 or more years of applicable experience or min. 3 years as a Field Service Representative

Demonstrated strong personal interactive skills
