Senior Technical Product Manager - Smarthome Platform Access Management

What you’ll do:

Our Platform puts personalization, customization and security at the heart of everything we do for SmartHome users and Platform as a Service customers globally. Your thought leadership will empower our Global Platform Customers to create unique service offerings that are tailored to their market with your Entitlements service. You will lead the design and development of our Profiles service so that the product experience is customized to meet the needs of different types of users from homeowners, neighbors & building managers, to customer service representatives, or administrators.

As Product Manager you will create and manage the roadmap for our platform’s entitlement, profile and notification services. As part of an agile development program you will bring new features and capabilities to market by developing internal and external relationships that help drive detailed requirements and prioritizing the backlog for your development squad.

Here’s how:

• Collaborate with business and product design stakeholders to define requirements, roadmap, and priorities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the PaaS platform across global markets
• Partner closely with your squads from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality platform services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate platform requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable PaaS solutions
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of your portfolio, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Drive innovation and differentiation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities in the AI/ML, SmartHome and PaaS space
• Develop our approach to entitlements, profiles and notifications in alignment with the overall vision, goals, and opportunities

What you bring:

• Technology background with understanding of: IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, API and others
• Known for your excellent communication, and ability to foster an environment of collaboration, and idea sharing
• Experienced working with agile teams as a SCRUM Product Owner and using Jira, Confluence or equivalents
• Significant Product Management experience, ideally with SmartHome, IoT and/or Platform as a Service
• An expert storyteller who can craft messages that land with any audience including presentations to senior leadership
• Recognized for your thought leadership, problem solving skills and willingness to take on new initiatives
• Understanding of data governance, regulatory & privacy best practices

Great to have:

• AWS certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science or AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, advanced degree preferred
