Job Description

Role Overview: Trojan Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Manager & DE+I Champion to join our team. This full-time role offers hybrid work flexibility, with a focus on driving talent management strategies, inclusive development initiatives, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement talent processes, manage assessments, and drive training offerings. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, strengthening our workforce, and ensuring water quality worldwide!


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement organization-wide talent processes, including development planning, succession planning, competency frameworks, and talent transfers.
  • Facilitate talent calibration activities for People Leaders, aligning performance management, development acceleration, and equitable talent practices.
  • Develop and deliver talent management solutions that support Trojan Technologies' culture, DE+I initiatives, and training requirements.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Human Resources to lead the talent management strategy with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Stay updated on talent trends to ensure the company's competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure equitable talent moves that align with diversity goals.
  • Manage and coordinate assessment tools for talent development, including 360 feedback and related initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs to measure talent processes, training effectiveness, and improvement strategies.
  • Oversee Leadership Pillar Training offerings, identifying attendees, assessing instructor capabilities, and recommending potential instructors.


Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at achieving results in a metrics-driven culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in talent development strategy, with HR Business Partner experience as a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and empathy skills.
  • Talent management experience in a medium- to large-sized company.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver large-scale projects successfully.
