With the current boom in demand for residential painting, we are on the search for ambitious, hard-working people to join our production team this summer!
Do you feel ready to start taking on bigger challenges and more responsibilities?
This might be the job for you!
Working in crews of two, our painters will take on various residential painting and staining projects. Along the way, hard work will be rewarded with new roles, responsibilities and increased pay.
This position involves:
  • Painting at various locations across North Bay and the surrounding areas
  • Youthful culture
  • Outdoor work and indoor work
  • Interacting with clients
  • Full painting, safety and heights training
  • 35-50hrs/week
  • Equipment management
  • Opportunities for promotion to leadership and management roles

North Bay Painting is a residential painting business that provides a high-quality service to homeowners in North Bay and its surrounding areas. We aim to teach painting techniques, customer service, leadership, and even management skills that will serve our team members well for the rest of their lives. Throughout our summers, we help students cover their schooling, rent, and other living expenses while they move toward their next stage of life.
