Job Description

This leading intimates boutique specializes in a wide range of bras and undergarments, offering everything from simple everyday basics to elegant special occasion pieces. They believe in providing exceptional service to their customers, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful. They have a location in Camrose and are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join their team and lead their boutique to new heights. DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively educate customers on bra fit, styles, and features.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, while monitoring key performance indicators and taking necessary actions to drive business growth.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through building relationships, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the head office on inventory planning, product assortment, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers' needs, offering professional bra fittings, and assisting with the selection of the perfect garments for each individual.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably within the lingerie or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of bra fitting techniques and an understanding of different body types and sizes.
  • Passion for lingerie and a genuine interest in helping customers feel confident and beautiful.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
