As the Store Manager of an Order Fulfillment Center, you would be responsible for all facets of center operations and are accountable for the completion of accurate and efficient on-demand orders. The Manager ensures that their teams consistently meet performance expectations in terms of employee experience, health & safety regulations, and fulfillment center profitability.


What’s On Your Plate


  • Scheduling for work teams according to productivity goals and peak times.
  • Perform various administration, inventory, customer service, and warehouse tasks as required.
  • Train staff and help maintain sanitation and food quality standards.
  • Ensure and support a safe, healthy, and respectful workplace for all staff/vendors.
  • Hire, train and performance manage employees.
  • Direct the maintenance of fulfillment center equipment, and electrical and refrigeration systems.
  • Manage all fulfillment center activities for 15-25 employees and ensure inventory and performance targets are attained.
  • Prepare vendor orders bi-weekly and oversee the reception and stocking of products with inventory control.
  • Keyholder, with on-call ownership for all facets of the fulfillment center operations.


Recipe For Success


  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an owner mindset.
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, evenings, weekends, and on-call expectations may be required.
  • Dependable/reliable and able to work flexible hours (Evenings/Weekends).
  • Minimum three years experience in a Lead Role in a warehouse/delivery environment.
  • Must have access to a safe/reliable automobile.
  • Understanding of online order systems, computers, and tablets.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Great communicators with the ability to create a positive and productive work environment that lives into our Skip values.
