Job Description

Our client, a luxury retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Halifax, NS.


Qualifications:

-Previous retail management experience

-Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office, and staffing applications

-Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills

-Customer-focused mindset

-Strong management and training skills

-Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills


Job Requirements:

-Recruit, train, and lead sales team

-Develop training manuals

-Building customer relationships

-Create appealing window displays

-Oversee store operations and staff scheduling

-Participate in management meetings
