Desired Skills and Experience*

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related curriculum.

* Working knowledge of the following software development languages:

○ 10 years of experience in JavaScript Full Stack including NodeJS

○ 10 years of experience in Frontend Technologies including React

○ 10 years of experience in JAVA

○ 5 years of experience in TypeScript

○ Optionally, C# & scripting languages such as Python

* Experience with software engineering processes, Agile framework, tools, methods, test development, algorithms, and data structures.

* AWS Cloud Native stack, AWS Developer Certified desired.

* Understanding of DevOps code pipelines to automate the CI/CD environment.

* Working knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium.

* Demonstrated ability to learn new relevant technologies.

* Robust communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day*

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join a multinational technology company. The Senior Software Engineer will be an integral part of the Professional Services Team and acts as the Technical Lead for various projects, creating solutions that meet customer needs relating to implementation, testing, and maintenance. This resource is responsible for designing and implementing fully functioning, debugged code with required documentation that meets specification requirements.

This resource will be required to Design, develop, code, and test software systems or applications for software improvements and new products. Additionally this Sr. Software Engineer will contribute through participation in agile development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of system.
