Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager (CPM) at Gogh Solutions. While this position is 100% remote, we are looking to expand our team in North America and will require the occasional travel for team meetings and to Customer’s site when necessary for a particular project.
As a Senior Project Manager at Gogh Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing professional services delivery projects. You will serve as a trusted consultant to our customers, driving the planning and execution of Statement of Works (SOWs) while maintaining and strengthening client relationships. Your expertise in project management, consulting, and client engagement will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in project delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan in a proactive and timely manner.
- Foster and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Ensure successful project outcomes by overseeing user training and adoption of delivered solutions.
- Actively participate in critical initiatives impacting change within the organization, driving project success, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate and manage professional services delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
- Act as a consultant to customers, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their business objectives through our services.
- Provide input and recommendations in project scoping, feasibility assessments, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working with implementations preferably Workforce Management, Customer Relationship Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
Recommended experience and skills:
- Ability to establish effective ways of working between our company (Gogh) and the customer, enhancing clarity and alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) intent.
- Strong ability to align with the customer’s vision and adjust project timelines accordingly, while maintaining core milestone and deliverable due dates.
- Self-sufficiency, autonomy, and proactive initiative to drive project success toward committed objectives.
- Exceptional client and account management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly working closely with high-touch IT customers undergoing transformation projects within enterprise companies.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including scope management, resource allocation, quality assurance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Creative and critical thinking skills, capable of exploring innovative solutions and suggesting alternate approaches when necessary.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and support complex projects, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes.
- Ability and fearlessness to work in an environment where the implementation processes and methodologies are flexible and adapted to the Customer and situation.
- Ability to effectively inspire and drive the project team towards achieving the objectives within the specified time constraints.
- Experience collaborating with Customer’s low to mid-level project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- IT project experience as aconsultant implementing software.
- Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and utilize the most appropriate approach for each project.
- Proficiency and adaptability in working within a dynamic environment characterized by cutting-edge technology, requiring the simultaneous acquisition of IT knowledge alongside consultants.
- Demonstrating patience and fostering a positive attitude while providing support to the technical team during the process implementation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Assets:
- Scrum Certification
- Experience as Team Lead or Functional Lead
- Experience writing Statements of Work and/or business proposals
