Are you a Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading a multi-disciplinary team enthusiastic about Capital Maintenance Programs?
In this role, you will be responsible for overall management of capital maintenance work in the Repeatable Facilities Program team. There is an emphasis on highly repeatable, low complexity scope including automation of pipeline sectionalizing valves, pressure safety valve upgrade program and cathodic protection maintenance and upgrade, enterprise wide; including Liquid Pipeline and Gas Transmission business units. In the future the program will expand as new work types are added. You will be accountable for overall work type performance objective including cost and schedule.

What You Will Do

• Manage scope, cost, schedule, safety and quality and performance objectives for Core Programs.
• Provide team leadership by supporting the Repeatable Facilities centralized planning team in their process of developing scope Charters, development deliverables parametric estimates and plans and various program execution scenarios as the need arises to support the business objectives of the project.
• Identify risks, exposures and opportunities that may impact the success of the subject projects. Create and maintain the Risk Tracker for each assigned project.

Who You Are

• Professional Engineering designation and / or Project Management certification (PMI) is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma or certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective and professional people skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills to influence and drive-forward results and decisions without formal authority.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and promptly identify potential problems and take corrective action before they become crisis by using critical thinking skills to reach a logical conclusion.
• Prioritize multiple projects to meet task, deliverable, and deadline requirements while managing internal and external partner expectations.
• Demonstrate the ability operate optimally and efficiently in a matrix service model.
• Previous experience developing schedules, track actions, and drive projects to completion.
• Knowledge of navigating the regulatory permitting regime.
• 7 years of related experience is preferred.
