What will you be doing?

• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations
• Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and documentation, to ensure seamless operations.
• Take charge and lead a team of dedicated shipping professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and excellence.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, focusing on productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Uphold a culture of safety awareness, enforcing health and safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

What you bring to the table:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling you to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
