The Position We are looking for individuals to fill the role of Shipper/Receiver who will receive and ship goods, and carry out associated duties in a responsible and efficient manner, all in accordance with established Company and customer standards. • Compile and forward all receiving documentation Shipping
• Minimum 2-year experience in shipping and receiving

• Verify shipment to documentation from carrier
• Unload trucks
• Accurately measure and weigh shipments
• Overtime after 40 hours of work

• A competitive hourly rate ($21.00 - $26.90 within a year)
• Maintain a clean/tidy and organized work area
• Must be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
• Package goods appropriately for shipping
• Check condition of goods
• Prepare shipping reports and maintain shipping log
• Basic computer experience (MRP system)
• Verify shipment to purchase order
• Must possess a valid lift-truck certification
• Work in compliance and conform to all standards and regulations

• Acquire and forward all necessary customs paperwork for shipment
