Our client in Burlington is looking for an experienced SHIPPER to join their team! This client services industries such as power generation, pulp and paper, water treatment, chemicals, refining, piplines, electricity distribution & many more...

This is a PERMANENT, full-time SHIPPER position.
Location: Burlington, North Service Rd / Walker's Line
Pay rate: $24-$25/HR
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities

• Packing and labelling orders for shipment
• Acting as a backup for the receiver
• Getting shipments out accurately and on time
• Using courier software's to coordinate shipments
• Use Forklift as required (Counterbalance Propane)
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
• Utilizing computer software to ship orders or track inventory
• Ensuring product is properly packaged and ready for shipment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• A positive attitude!
• Computer use/skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience, considered an asset (can be trained)
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
