Role Description
This is a remote role for a FIELDBOSS service management solution expert. The FIELDBOSS service management solution expert will be responsible for analyzing the software needs of clients, configuring software applications, building customizations and workflows, training end-users, providing post-installation support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and system issues
- Certifications in FIELDBOSS service management solution is a plus
- Experience with FIELDBOSS service management solution implementations
- Ability to work effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide end-user training and support
- Thorough understanding of field service and inventory management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing FIELDBOSS service management solution
