For the Service Team of Voith Hydro North America, we are currently searching talents for the position of:


Service Coordination Specialist


Mississauga, Ontario


Reporting to the North America Service Director, OPEX, the Service Coordinator prepares HSE packages (documents and safety supplies for the site), site consumables for Field Service Engineers and supports the planning for all site personnel and site safety supplies and tooling needs as well as demobilization, working with the Technical Experts/Advisors. The Service Coordinator also manages all internal SAP ERP system requirements for HyService parts/projects including but not limited to: invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, etc and follows up on scheduling and execution progress for flawless service performance. Further, this position invoices executed services to customers and maintains financial reports and HyService KPI’s.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all HyService projects in HySAP
  • Planning of the site labor planning and site infrastructure together with Service Manager
  • Planning and preparation of the tooling kit for site (making sure that all equipment is calibrated)
  • Support on site demobilization; request inventory count, contact infrastructure suppliers for contracts termination, assist logistics with customs paperwork, etc.
  • Weekly follow up on demand of parts and tools for services
  • Coordination between the site and the Logistics, and/or Manufacturing Warehouse departments
  • Print and prepare the HSE binder for the Site workers including the near miss cards, visitor’s cards and risk assessment cards
  • Order Maintenance and repair of the field equipment
  • Create requisitions and Monitor the purchase orders required at site
  • Manages invoice issuing and follow up with the Service Managers and customers.
  • Create NCRs in HySAP - for all deviations found at site
  • Issue reports and update HyService KPI’s and issue invoices to customers


Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience or related
  • Microsoft office, strong aptitude in MS Excel
  • Equivalent experience in large capital industrial projects would be considered
  • Ability to go to remote sites and suppliers / subcontractors as needed
  • Business diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to make presentations and reports to upper management
  • Fully fluent in English with very good communication skills
