About The Voith Group
- Manage all HyService projects in HySAP
- Planning of the site labor planning and site infrastructure together with Service Manager
- Planning and preparation of the tooling kit for site (making sure that all equipment is calibrated)
- Support on site demobilization; request inventory count, contact infrastructure suppliers for contracts termination, assist logistics with customs paperwork, etc.
- Weekly follow up on demand of parts and tools for services
- Coordination between the site and the Logistics, and/or Manufacturing Warehouse departments
- Print and prepare the HSE binder for the Site workers including the near miss cards, visitor’s cards and risk assessment cards
- Order Maintenance and repair of the field equipment
- Create requisitions and Monitor the purchase orders required at site
- Manages invoice issuing and follow up with the Service Managers and customers.
- Create NCRs in HySAP - for all deviations found at site
- Issue reports and update HyService KPI’s and issue invoices to customers
- Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience or related
- Microsoft office, strong aptitude in MS Excel
- Equivalent experience in large capital industrial projects would be considered
- Ability to go to remote sites and suppliers / subcontractors as needed
- Business diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make presentations and reports to upper management
- Fully fluent in English with very good communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;
