Responsibilities

• Offers assistance willingly and makes a positive contribution to morale
• Advises customers on necessary/suggested services
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Manage material inventories
• Respond positively to change, remains calm and professional under pressure, and accept constructive criticism positively
• Maintains CSI at or above designated standards
• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
• Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
• Maintain monthly performance goals at or above the established goal

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience (3 years)
• Automotive Sales Experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sales success-based incentive pay plan
