Senior Accountant Jobs

What You’ll Do

• Assist the marketing department in monitoring their budget, coordinate entries of the accrued and paid in advance, make the necessary reclassification, and manage the expenses of the previous year
• Complete analyses and reconciliations of balance account sheets
• Hold Pinpads and ensure their proper functioning
• Complete accounting entries during the month and especially at the end of the period
• Manage events related to shows, sales to employees, etc.
• Complete Adhoc reports and analytics
• Process certain invoices and complaints

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Sense of independence, create positive energy and motivate teammates
• Experience in Peoplesoft (Asset), Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Creativity, initiative and perform very well in a dynamic environment
• Analytical approach to solve problems
• A diploma, certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience in Accounting, preferably knowledge of the entire accounting cycle
