Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for process improvement or to enhance quality work production
• Liaise between internal teams and third parties engaged to provide enterprise audit and compliance services
• Conduct ongoing internal compliance testing and metric reviews to ensure compliance controls are designed properly, operating effectively and mature appropriately
• Be a team player with the ability to work effectively across multi-discipline teams in a global setting
• Continuously review internal, external, and regulatory requirements and follow up to ensure company awareness and alignment
• Work with various business units to ensure appropriate controls and required compliance governance are implemented
• Coordinate and track compliance requirements on an ongoing basis to include evidence gathering and timely reporting
• Serve as a coordinator for issues that require immediate attention or resolution
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal business teams and external auditors

Education/Experience

• Associate degree and/or equivalent industry credential(s)
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
