Job Description
We are looking to hire a long-term Sanitation Repair Technician located in the Coquitlam, BB area that is looking to grow their skills in a promising role!
We are the leading company in Sanitation and are looking for Equipment Technicians that can offer outstanding experience to our customers. In this role you will be given the opportunity for paid travel around the BC area and islands, gain knowledge and insight with our training programs, get a chance to be your own boss and really navigate your own day and tasks accordingly. You will be working with a variety of machines, chemicals, and a small team or independently throughout your day. We are looking for someone that enjoys working with their hands, can fix machines or products, install various systems as needed and lend a helping hand to their team when needed. Shift: Monday-Friday
Time: Between 8:00AM-5:00PM
Wage: $50k-60k to start
Area: Coquitlam, BC

Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment, tools and machinery to carry out repairs and maintenance
  • Order and outsource appropriate parts to do repairs.
  • Installation and maintenance repairs of industrial dishwashers, and support equipment (product dispensers)
  • Prepare estimates and propose appropriate solutions, schedule track and log service calls with customers
  • Maintain their company vehicle according to manufacture specifications
  • Installation/maintenance/ repair of chemical dispensing systems in food Plants
  • Up-sell / cross-sell repairs, preventive maintenance, parts and machinery to customers.
Qualifications
  • Work independently and wants to travel for work
  • Located in the Coquitlam BC area
  • Looking for something permanent and long term
  • Full class 5 license required to operator company vehicle
  • Experience with Technical repairs would be preferred
  • Bilingual will be a huge bonus
  • Have experience working with chemicals before (we will train)
