Sales and Consumer Relations Specialist


Now Hiring! Full-Time Hours / Entry-Level Position / Moncton, NS


We’re growing our team and are interested in meeting with people who have sales or customer service experience, a natural ability to influence others, and a competitive nature. and a good sense of humor you’ll fit in well with our existing team!


You’ll receive ongoing training, so no specific experience is required, but you must be open-minded, coachable, and willing to expand your comfort zone!


Our mission is to help our clients dominate the market by taking their products and services directly to the end user in a fun and interactive way! We have proven to be a huge asset to our clients and they want us to expand so we can have a positive impact on more consumers in more areas.


You’ll be working as part of a sales team to help a specific brand enhance its reputation, improve brand awareness, and increase market share by acquiring new customers each and every day. Confident communication skills and the ability to read and relate to people are a must as you’ll be speaking with customers throughout the day.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Thinking of ways to improve future sales campaigns
  • Helping to close sales and complete sales transactions
  • Promoting a brand with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Learning about a brand and its target market
  • Spreading brand awareness through interactions
  • Asking questions and collecting consumer feedback

Primary requirements:

  • The ability to stand/be on your feet for several hours at a time when at an event
  • The ability to retain and recall a reasonable amount of product/service information
  • At least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship options)
  • Available to interview and start within 2 weeks’ time (on-site, in moncton, NS)


Recommendations:

  • Experience working with customers (ie: hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fundraising, volunteering, etc)
  • The ability to work well in groups while also achieving individual goals (bonus points for leadership experience/abilities!)
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to strike up conversations (Bilingual / Multilingual people are encouraged to apply!)
  • Experience playing team sports (former athletes tend to feel right at home and perform well in our industry!)
  • Communications/Business degrees (you’ll have a solid foundation and may learn and progress at an above-average pace)
