NetraScale has embarked on an exciting new phase centered on AI, cyber risk and sustainable innovation.
In this fast-changing digital era where technology is reshaping entire sectors, disruption is rampant, and standing still is not an option, you will spend a few hours each week contributing to our strategic roadmap, advising key subject matter experts, and immersed in a collaborative and creative environment.
We're looking for an experienced financial risk and compliance professional with the zeal for disruptive innovation. If you are excited by the chance to work cross-functionally, help deliver unique data-driven products, this role could be for you.
This is initially an equity only, fully remote role, requiring circa 5-6 hours per week. We're currently in discussions with potential investors so this is the ideal time to join our early-stage venture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advice on statutory and regulatory requirements for AML, CFT, sanctions, FATCA, and CRS domains
- Recommend solutions for mitigating identified ML/TF risks for digital products, services, onboarding and developing sustainable business relationships
- Own delivery of AML/CFT/sanctions/FATCA/CRS related solutions and feature enhancements
- Conduct research to track advances in fincrime and perform risk assessments accordingly
- Help develop training solutions and facilitate workshops
- Deliver public lectures, and take part in cyber industry conferences and executive panel discussions and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance (bank, fintech or regulatory institution)
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline
- Good understanding of ML/TF/sanctions risks in financial sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
- Solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
