Retail Store Manager Jobs

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager for a fashion forward, denim-centric sportswear brand in Montreal, Canada. This Mid-Senior level position operates fully onsite at the Montreal site. Candidates must be fluent in French.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to achieve personal sales, store sales and profitability goals in a commissioned environment
• Manage store daily sales goals using business reports and tool
• Network, recruit and interview external talent on an ongoing basis
• Train associates on Company policy & procedures and hold the teams accountable to the standard
• Monitor store inventory levels and partners with District Manager to maximize sales through product replenishment and communication of product needs
• Identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Set standards for maintaining a neat and organized stockroom to allow for safe and efficient access to product by stock and sales associates
• Develop and maintain store clienteling processes and standards by ensuring associate participation and compliance
• Educate the sales team on store sales plan, individual sales goals, store statistics and motivate the team to achieve goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business to drive sales results
• Ability to resolve customer and employee issues
• 5+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally a managerial role
• Experience with POS systems, including inventory management functions

$80,000-$90,000 based on experience.
