Job Summary:
You will be responsible for promoting an OTC skincare product portfolio to store managers and pharmacists to drive brand awareness and increase sales in your territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·Shelf merchandising and establishing strong sales relationships with store managers and pharmacists that leads to incremental sales in the store.
·Use promotional materials during sales presentations to strengthen product awareness.
·Independently manage your territory to ensure reach and frequency of targets are being met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
·Administrative duties include weekly and monthly reporting of territory activities.
·On occasion, attend any promotional events within your territory as per manager's direction (CHE and/or HCP conferences).
·Meet and exceed sales and other targets set by the company.
·Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.
Qualifications:
·Previous sales experience
·Strong interest in pursuing a career as a retail and pharmacy sales representative.
·Professional verbal and written communication skills.
·Attention to detail, excellent organizational and territory management skills are essential.
·Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
·Successful candidate will demonstrate drive, competitive spirit and a track record of achievement while being a team player.
·As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID-19.
·Valid driver's license and access to vehicle for territory coverage.
·Computer software literacy and access to email/internet and Microsoft Office.
·Candidates with previous sales experience in retail is not required but would be an asset.
·Completed University degree qualification may be waived for those with relevant experience.
