Job Description

***5 days a week onsite in Mississauga office 3 month contract + extension***


Insight Global is looking for a Repayments Counsellor to join a team at a global Fintech client. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to dealing with back office documents in relation to bankruptcy, insolvency and repayments. Strong financial experience including knowledge of loans are ideal.

Requirements:

  • Must have been residing in Canada for the past 5 years
  • Exceptional communication skill set, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive Experience working with MS Suite (Excel, Teams, Word)
  • Experience with delinquency management, soft collections or credit counseling is an asset.
  • Previous experience with
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance or Business
  • Previous financial working experience
