Job Description

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced mental health professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership to join our client as a Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, your top priority is to manage a team of 100+ Social Workers and Psychotherapists, ensuring that they are happy and engaged, that their caseloads are full, and that they are achieving the professional growth that they desire.



This a remote opportunity with occasional travel to the head office located in Toronto, ON.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop clinical budgets in collaboration with the leadership team and CFO to support revenue and expense targets
  • Design, maintain, distribute, and manage clinical tools, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct an ongoing evaluation operational need; establish and meet service delivery targets and facilitate quality improvements across service offerings
  • Work with the Executive Team to provide and implement a strategic vision and long-term planning for the future of client services
  • Participate in key business relationships with community partners, referral partners, and channel partners to build community and foster connection
  • Provide clinical and organizational leadership across departments, owning the overall development, strategic planning, and service delivery of clinical services
  • Manage the therapy team; provide guidance and mentorship related to professional growth, caseload optimization, and engagement
  • Design, execute, and manage clinical systems and processes including emergency escalation procedures, client feedback and complaint resolution, and compliance with regulatory standards


Qualifications


  • Excellent with technology with demonstrated proficiency on tech platforms like Zoom, Google Workspace, Jane, or an equivalent practice management software
  • MBA or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
