Job Description
We are looking for an Remote Administration Assistant to support the Office & Finance Manager


Main Purpose Of The Job


To support the Office Manager in the day-to-day management of business


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintaining office equipment e.g., up to date PAT testing of equipment etc
  • Accounting duties, including invoices, expenses
  • Conducting research and compiling financial or event data upon request
  • Managing office supplies, monitor and keep the stock inventory up to date
  • Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
  • Answering calls and directing them accordingly – taking messages where needed
  • Supporting on events where required

  • Organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
  • Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Discreet when dealing with matters of a confidential nature


Experience


  • Experience in an office-based administration role is essential
  • Previous experience in a finance or data inputting an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
