This role will be responsible for managing the production and quality functions within regulatory services at Tag, specific to medical legal regulatory (MLR) Life Sciences submissions. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead quality assurance team members to establish and advise associated teams regarding quality standards, processes and best practices to ensure compliance with Company, client, and MLR requirements.


MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND INDICATED ON RESUME WITH MLR SUBMISSIONS, PAAB and VEEVA PROMOMATS SUBMISSIONS


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

•A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

•Over 6 years’ experience in print and/or digital, or regulatory Quality Assurance environments

•Medical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences marketing experience preferred

•Experience in the delivery and management of complex quality assurance solutions

•Excellent client facing and customer service skills

•Adept in the use of QA software tools to stage, build, and/or test the quality of digital scripts/products; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Effectively work under tight deadlines and multitask to manage time on projects

•Ability to work as a cooperative part of a team and be an enthusiastic leader

•Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, especially when managing change

•Demonstrated record implementing solutions in quality assurance methodologies (case definition, quality attributes and business process flows, as examples)


JOB DUTIES

•* Supervise and support MLR and creative production teams ensuring internal workflow and processes deliver the highest level of quality, compliance, and customer service

•* Investigate queries or issues and develop resolutions that lead to best practices/SOPs

•* Manage the selection, induction, development, retention, motivation and performance of direct reports

•* Monitor compliance with client expectations pertaining to the quality of internal output by adhering to all file, brand, and MLR standards

•* Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality among team

•* Respond to internal stakeholders, clients and vendors regarding process questions, comments, and concerns

•* Participate in operational gap analysis investigations, helps to identify root causes of incidents for prevention of similar events in the future

•* Partner with client contacts to develop and deploy standards and best practices to maximize quality and output

•* Ensure the performance of regular comprehensive audits and inspections of procedures and controls, recommending corrective action to maintain quality outputs

•* Oversee the development, planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance and refinement of quality standard operating procedures, policies and plans to comply with corporate and customer requirements

•* Provide technical input and advises direct reports on print, digital and/or point of sale projects, as required

•Manage transition to new technologies, methods, or other quality-related testing activities in order to mitigate risk and provide consistent and predictable applications for customer satisfaction

•Fully understands print and/or digital brand guidelines, their use and the rollout of these guidelines to the greater quality assurance team members for adherence
