Job Description
Introduction


Learning Curve Group are national training provider going through an exciting period of change and growth across all of its services. As part of this growth, we are looking for an additional Recruitment Partner to join the team. You will play a critical role in placing our Digital Skills Bootcamp learners into the job vacancies that have been identified by yourself, or our employer partners. You will work very closely alongside our Digital Business Development Managers and liaise with the tutors to support learners with an effective transition through the interview process, and into a Digital role. Based at home, this role will support activity across all our contract regions.


Key Responsibilities


DUTIES


  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Advise and support learners with their CVs and Social media platforms such as Linkedin
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Developing relationships with employers to identify suitable vacancies
  • Advise and update job descriptions where appropriate
  • Use a wide range of sourcing techniques focussing on a strategy to attract Bootcamp learners into the right role
  • Effectively screen candidates to ensure they are the right fit for the company
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment processes creating a framework for future recruitment activity
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and Data Protection and Information Security Policy
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy; ensuring the safety of all learners is paramount
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the companyESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Organise and lead recruitment events, including assessment days
  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all time
  • Arrange and attend interviews where appropriate, providing support to the hiring managers
