Mercedes-Benz Brampton is currently looking for aReceptionist & Greeterto join their team in Brampton.
TheReceptionist & Greeteris the face of the dealership and is responsible for greeting all customers and to perform a wide range of administrative duties.
TheReceptionist & Greeterworks closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

Job Duties:
- Create cash reports and receipts.
- Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.
- Scan and email documents.
- Promote a positive retail operation.
- Greet and check in sales appointments.
- Accurately receive payments and handle cash.
- Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized.
- Other duties as required.
- General administrative duties.
What We Look For:
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
- Works well with a team and independently.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Well presented
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
