Job Title: Receptionist
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
- Answering phones promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Greeting clients upon entry with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organization.
- Booking appointments for clients and ensuring the schedule is well-managed and organized.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the financial or insurance services industry.
- A clean criminal record check (CRC) is required.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar management).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
