Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist
Type: Contract job
Date: May 8 to May 29th and July 17 to July 24th
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
Are you looking for contract work to keep busy? Our reputable client in the Transport industry is currently looking for a receptionist to work at their reception as a contract job for a few weeks summer 2023.

Salary 20$/hr
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
Dates: May 8th to May 29th and (if can) July 17 - July 24th
Weekly pay
Parking on site
Accessible by public transport
Responsibilities
  • Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Ensure visitors fill out visitor forms
  • Scanning, filing, faxing
  • Greeting clients
  • Other clerical tasks
  • Answering phones and redirecting phone calls
Qualifications
  • Positive attitudes
  • French and English is required
