About This Team
The Raw Materials (RM) Colourization Team at lululemon works across all product categories, ensuring colour match consistency and that quality is maintained. Reporting to the RM Team Lead, the RM Administration Analyst will be supporting in creating new processes and analyzing data to achieve optimum development efficiency.
A day in the life

• To own and complete additional special projects, duties, and assignments as needed.
• To provide information about the development status through detailed reports and to highlight any deviation to the RM Team Lead.
• To collaborate with the RM Colourization Team members to ensure full transparency and awareness of the technical development status and risk along multiple seasonal deadlines.
• To understands key business drivers and to apply this knowledge to accomplish their own work.
• To manage the day-to-day relationship with vendors, to check the development status and the ready dates to be sure that all the developments will be ready on time.
• To build strong relationships with vendors, providing clear delivery directions and seasonal readiness expectations.
• To Identify constraints in processes and work collaboratively to create new efficiencies.
• To elaborate complex information to others in a straightforward manner.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, analyst, strategy, or another related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and FlexPLM.
• Based in Vancouver.
• Strong time management skills, extremely organized and thorough, and able to manage multiple calendars within tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture.
