Project Manager - Restoration

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a growing sub-contractor to large restoration companies for both Residential & Commercial properties and has been making good properties for over 20 years.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The projects are mainly fire and flood restoration up to $500,000. The scope of restoration work that the client undertakes includes drywall, carpentry, paint, and cabinetry. As well as doing restoration work, they also build custom office furniture, closet systems, and bookcases.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this position you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will also have frequent communication with the company owner. You will be part of a team of 5 other Project Managers. Your duties will include the following:

• Upselling of services
• Track project progress
• Meet project deadlines and communicate issues with clients.
• Estimate, bid and manager all projects that come your way.
• Coordinate with subs on site regarding deliveries and project timelines
• Site visits and client visits

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years experience in restoration as a Project Manager
• Trade background advantageous – carpentry, electrician, or plumbing in a senior role
• Customer service orientated
• Experience making estimates.

• $90,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
