Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ years related experience in analysis/ data-related roles

• Strong grasp of core governance principles including data cataloging, lineage, quality, Principle of Least Privilege, data access policies, data masking

• Experience delivering data documentation artifacts in organizations of similar size and complexity within project deadlines

• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form at various levels within the project teams

• Strong work ethic, results oriented, and accuracy / attention to detail are critical

• Demonstrate initiative, able to work both independently and as a team member

• Able to clearly communicate complex methodologies and approaches to stakeholders, peers and management

• Able to work in agile or scrum delivery environments

• Good understanding of techniques and tools pertaining to the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions

• Nice to have - familiarity with capabilities provided by governance solutions like Alation, Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview etc.
