*Your Role*
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in our division. As *Project Manager*, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.
*Responsibilities*

• Develop and track the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
• Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
• Complete occupational jobsite review and delegate where appropriate
• Other duties as required
• Direct staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting Minutes
• Develop and maintain Enersolv’s construction standards for the project
• Manage any size project with supervision
• Schedule material and equipment deliveries
• Review and quality check close out documents
• Estimate cost changes in scope of work
• Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
• Schedule material and equipment deliveries
• Prepare RFIs, MSIs and change orders
• Direct staff on assembly shop drawings from trades and suppliers and review for compliance with Specification
• Direct trade partners and coordinate with other trades

*Skills and Qualifications*

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience working with design team and sub-contractors to meet project specific BIM execution plans
• Experience with PM Management Software (Procore, Autodesk), Word, Excel, Projects
• Solid knowledge of the construction process
• 3 – 5 years experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to oversee BIM budget and resource management
• Experience using BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit and Revizto and any other software required
