Our client specializes in commercial, institutional, tilt-up warehouses, and high-end residential glazing. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager. This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines for multiple projects in multiple cities and locations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and execute the project start to finish
• Investigate and resolve disputes, defects and chargebacks
• Track all costs associated with the projects and any changes
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships
• Ensure all work is done with quality and in accordance with contract requirements
• Review all contracts, specifications, drawings, samples, and, correspondence
• Schedule material procurement

What You Bring To The Table

• Project management experience in the glazing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with Architects, General Contractors, Suppliers, and Team.
• Experience in Glazing, Curtain Wall, and Window Wall systems
