Process Engineer Jobs

At Eni, we are looking for a Process Engineer within Eni Congo in Shanghai, China. You will be responsible for p roviding technical support within Process Engineering discipline to the development projects in all project phases, but particularly during execution phase. This task includes the technical support to the definition and preparation of input data, basis of design, field development plans.

As a member of the engineering team at Eni Congo you will be responsible for :

• Providing technical support within Process Engineering discipline to commissioning and production operations for process optimization, control, operating procedures, and troubleshooting, evaluating the plants performances and recommending possible process modification/improvements
• Ensuring the development of ESD and blowdown related documentation: philosophies, C&E matrices, etc.
• Preparation and continuous update of the project Basis of Deign/Statement of Requirements, interacting with other technical departments.
• Preparation, verification and endorsement of BFDs, PFDs, H&MBs and process reports.
• Preparation, analysis and/or endorsement of P&IDs, process data sheets, functional specifications, projects philosophies, etc.
• Assistance in the development of scopes of work for contractors and specialists.
• Providing process engineering expertise for facilities related to the Hydrocarbon Processing with particular focus on Gas Conditioning, NGL recovery and treatment and Natural Gas Liquefaction
• Preparation, verification and/or endorsement of process simulations.
• Verifying the issuing of equipment lists, data sheets (including sizing of equipment for each development scheme) and contributing to provide suitable inputs for cost estimation (if required)
• Participating in process safety management, including hazard identification and HAZOP and SIL Assessment sessions and ensuring resolution of any identified action.
• Technical integrity of process design

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

• Engineering/technical degree (preferably Chemical Engineering)
• Good/Fluent in English
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities with proven track record in hydrocarbons processing and treatment, process simulation and project development.
