We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Process Engineer, with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. TrajectorE is a new, dynamic, and rapidly expanding Company, within which you will have the opportunity to develop our partnerships with industrial operators to realise sustainable production. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing various industrial processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety. The ideal candidate is a process chemical engineer with experience in engineering studies and capital projects.

Responsibilities:


•Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing industrial processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and optimization.

•Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency, productivity, and safety while maintaining quality standards.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for process improvement initiatives.

•Utilize engineering principles and tools to design and optimize processes, including process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, and equipment specifications.

•Adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

•Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their specific needs.

•Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks and ensure business continuity.

•Stay updated on the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, tools, and methodologies, and recommend their implementation where appropriate.

•Ability to travel to site if required.


Qualifications & Skills:


•Bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering and licenced as a Professional Engineering or Engineering in Training.

•Work experience in process engineering at an operating site or engineering design office.

•Proven experience in managing complex work in multiple projects with ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

•Proficiency in process simulation software and other relevant engineering tools.

•In-depth knowledge of process optimization techniques, process safety, and regulatory compliance.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

•Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic work environment, stretching and learning across and outside primary area of expertise and responsibility.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

•Experience in conducting feasibility studies and economic analysis

•Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
