  • Manage project teams and facilitate successful project delivery with respect to health & safety, scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC and client satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and create a long-term strategy that positions SLR for key client accounts and key portions of the sector market, providing for sustainable growth.
  • Work with our Technical Disciplines to identify skills gaps, and actively mentor, build, and recruit those technical skills to fulfill the power growth plan.
  • Generate ongoing strategies for improving client satisfaction and sector growth.
  • Be a resource for clients as the primary contact on key industry and operational issues, providing perspective and feedback to SLR delivery teams.
  • Prepare proposals and contribute to development and implementation of service line, business sector, and client business development plans.
  • Champion an integrated services approach, driving growth opportunities for the full suite of SLR services.
  • Establish a client management team for key target clients and work to help them grow and build their client management skills.
  • Lead our power sector across Western Canada by developing and implementing strategies to expand our services while enhancing our marketplace presence and client portfolio.
