Powder Coater/Manager Jobs

We're hiring a manager and powder coater.

Work with owners to understand how we are running the shop.

Share knowledge and ideas to help effectively run the shop.

Build and maintain positive business relationship with customers.

Manage incoming and outgoing purchase orders from receiving the purchase orders to inspecting the painted products to packaging them with care and loading them for shipment.

Keep track of all work completed using the work order forms.

Understand the pricing parameters and set price for customer’s work orders and send work orders to Accounting for processing

Powder Coat from proper preparation to inspection of finished products and possible hand touch ups.

Train to be able to use all our equipment.

Clean and maintain painting equipment.

Use industrial oven and all other equipment required to run the shop.

Be aware of how the equipment is running and the maintenance schedules.

Be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. If a weight belt is needed we will provide that.

Ensure that safety protocol is followed.

Maintain a clean and organized shop.

Have a forklift ticket if you don’t already have one. We will provide training if needed.

Have basic first aid. We will pay for the training and for the hours required to take the course if you don’t have basic first aid.
