Job Description

About the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA)

Join a team of dedicated people who know how affordable housing changes lives.

The Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA) is an independent association funded and directed by our members: more than 700 non-profit housing providers who house close to half a million people in Ontario.

ONPHA’s vision is to lead long-term sector stability by building up the effectiveness of housing providers and ensuring excellence and leadership across the sector. ONPHA is looking to establish a Centre for Housing Excellence to strengthen community housing by creating a hub that brings providers and housing experts together to share information and work together to solve housing problems in new ways. Similar to information technology hubs, this kind of Centre is common industry practice and will enable Ontario’s housing sector to innovate and create their future.

ONPHA is investing in people to better support members, expand our influence with decision makers, build deeper sector collaboration and innovation and strategically position ourselves to lead community housing for decades to come.
