Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Pipefitter to work at a well-established, large construction and metal fabrication company in Fredericton, NB.   • Job type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Shifts:
  • Evening Shift: Monday -Thursday, 4:30 pm - 2:30 am
  • Location: Fredericton, NB
  • Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret shop drawings including welding symbols
  • Operate band saws, water saws, drills, grinders, impact guns etc.
  • Perform custom piping layout with and without drawings
  • Install valves and metering equipment
  • Cut, weld and fit stainless and aluminum pipe
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Must have his own transportation
  • Must be able to work both day and evening shifts, as well as overtime when required
  • Graduate of NBCC steel fabrication program (or equivalent) or minimum 2 years of experience in the trade
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs (35lbs female)
  • Must be willing to do a criminal record check and drug test, facilitated by OSCO.
