Personal Support Workers – In-Home Community Care

Position : Full Time, Part Time, Casual (must be available every other weekend)

Location: Vanier area, Ottawa, Ontario

We are currently seeking PSW’s to provide exceptional in home care for our clients using their acquired skills. Become an active member in planning for your client’s care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience - Required
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
• Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
• Own transportation is an asset
• Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
