Payroll Consultant- UK

Your New Company
A leading information company is looking to onboard a Payroll Consultant- Global Time for a 12 months contract role working remotely.
Your New Role
The position will report to the Director of the Global Payroll Projects Team, focusing on global program/ project implementation in the Global Payroll department. This includes the implementation of best practices across the global teams allowing for clear gains. Finally, the candidate must bring sound experience in India & US payrolls to achieve the expectations in relation to delivering business result.

- Responsible for the execution of test cases, document issues and work with Payroll and Time & Attendance vendor and SuccessFactors technical team to ensure successful completion of all test cases.
- Work with stakeholders, payroll, and time & attendance vendors & Program/Project Manager to develop clear testing timelines, test strategy and overall user acceptance test cases to meet the business requirements.
- Develop training materials and deliver training of new payroll and Time & Attendance Systems to business users where required.
- Develop Process maps and Standard Operating procedures to meet implementation requirements.
- Work with business users where required to ensure they fully understand any assigned test cases.
- Work with legacy payroll and time & attendance vendors to obtain additional payroll data and transform data into up loadable formats as required.
- Responsible for the completion of payroll and time & attendance gap analysis, working with the payroll and time & attendance vendor to complete the blue printing, and SuccessFactors technical team to complete the payroll and time & attendance mapping where required.

- Functional experience in UKG Dimension time & attendance, Global View & Celergo from blueprinting & configurations to payroll processing in production.
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Global understanding of accounting principles and their applicability to payroll accounting, G\L mapping, & Payroll Processes.
