CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK, PART-TIME


Location: Mississauga


Job Purpose


As a Part-Time Customer Service Clerk, you will be required to work three days per week. Where you will be providing outstanding customer service and assisting, directing, and helping schedule line run customers and be able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other employees and the public.


Qualifications


  • Proficient use of computers.
  • Possess excellent cash handling skills.
  • Feel comfortable working around the public and handling customer service complaints and possessing conflict management skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Self-directed, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Must be dependable with a high degree of integrity and be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment, multitask and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.


Responsibilities


  • Capable of answering general inquiries.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and supervisor.
  • Various clerical duties as required.

Responsabilités


  • Communiquez clairement et précisément avec les clients.
  • Tâches diverses assignées par le gestionnaire et le superviseur.
  • Organisez les pertes et les découvertes, gérez la liste d'inventaire, exécutez les rapports d'activité et d'exécution de ligne.
  • Diverses tâches de bureau, au besoin.
  • Capable de répondre à des questions générales.
